It comprises a pretty living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a garden of around 1,000 m²! Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with sofas, fireplace (wood provided) and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A veranda with armchairs and dining area
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and two single beds (90 ×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, table.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 1,000 m², with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.

Situated in a peaceful and very pleasant setting in Pordic, this charming Breton farmhouse is just 3 km from the nearest beaches. Ideally positioned with no overlooking neighbors, it offers a private and serene environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as picturesque beaches, restaurants, lively bars and local markets. Enjoy the best of Brittany with this house, ideal for relaxing and socialising.
