We really enjoyed our stay at The Mint Jacuzzi location. The rooms were clean comfortable with a modern feel to them. The covered parking was great and using the app to unlock everything was very handy with 3 adults staying. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Location super convenient, close to a lot of bars and restaurants (entertaiment). Everything was clean and secure. My only inconvenient was the sofa, it's not comfortable at all. But Everything else was awesome.

Overnight stay en route to Flagstaff. Place was in great state; clean, organized, big. Lacking soaps in all bathrooms. Also, some water could have been a nice touch for the guests. The place charges $49 for insurance which is not advise upfront. Also, you have to do some background clearing and provide governments ID and take photos in an APP. Not of this was advertised and it is a little annoying. I have never had to do this in any of the places I have stayed in the world.

The property was really nice, it served our needs mostly.It was hard to get into, they expected us to download an app, and the app is going to let us in to the garage as well as the front door, they ended up, needing to give us a code that we could man manually enter. After that, we didn’t have any trouble.In the listed amenities, they said they have a crib and high chair for my nine month old. When we arrived, they weren’t in the unit so we called and they told us that we had to rent them from a company they were partnered with. Prior to renting this unit, I had messaged them to confirm there was a crib in each unit. They told me they get back to me about it, but they never did.
