The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, quiet, walking distance to Scottsdale restaurants & shops, and easy access when we wanted to drive elsewhere. We loved the outdoor deck to eat a quiet lunch and listen to the local birds.

Great location to walk into Scottsdale. The apartment was very quiet, kitchen well equipped.

The location of this condo can’t be beat - easy walking distance to oldtown Scottsdale, shops, restaurants and museums.
The unit though, looks like an old condo that was given about ten coats of white paint and filled with furniture from Target. Even the backsplash in the kitchen is chipping white paint, exposing the original tile. Honestly not a big deal that it’s an older unit but the price is deceiving.
Would also be good to note that the pool is not heated (or at least it was ice cold when we were there).
