Summary:
30 min to Breckenridge mountain & 10 miles to Fairplay, offers seclusion, or be in town in minutes. Well appointed cabin with all of the comforts of home including a great 10 person hot tub. This is remote with steep mountain roads to the home, in the winter they can be slick. 4 wheel drive is recommended, all wheel drive or front wheel drive is a must in the winter. The road to the home is gravel and is bumpy, its a mountain retreat! Please plan accordingly.

The Space:
Our 3-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a roomy kitchen and dining area.
Top floor: Master bedroom, full bath with work space & smart TVs
Main floor two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, dining room & a living room (with a smart TV).
Basement: comfy couch, stackable washer & dryer, full bathroom & two twin bunk beds, 60 in TV with X Box
Guest Access:
Guests have access to 2 parking spaces and a private driveway as well as private entrance to the main living level and separate basement entrance.

The property was perfect for our extended family stay. The house itself was clean & well-kept, there was ample space for 6 adults & 3 children, and the house was well stocked in the bathrooms & kitchen. The drive up to the property was definitely steep so a vehicle that can handle a climb is necessary. Host was amazing to work with through our stay and would recommend this location again for utilizing while exploring Breckenridge.

The stay was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the place was very spacious and clean. Jeremiah was quick to respond and very helpful. The location was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!
