Relish the breathtaking views of Mt. Sherman at 11,200 feet in elevation while soaking in the hot tub, enjoy sunset cocktails on the deck, or check out all the activities in the area - like 4-wheeling, hiking, fishing, and rafting. This amazing place has everything you could need and then some. The view from both stories is absolutely stunning and exactly what I dream of when I'm in the area. I'm not sure the normal moose count, but we had four sightings in the beautiful neighborhood. The four true bedrooms plus bunk room that sleeps four meant that everyone in our group could be comfortable. All the bathrooms were attached and easy for guests to use. We didn't need the loft beds, but many remarked on how comfy that spot looked as well. You will find many listings with bed arrangements that aren't ideal, but this home is a dream come true. Now that you know you can be comfy at night, the next best thing is how well the home is stocked. The kitchen has spices and equipment galore so you can cook and never have to leave the home. I can't think of a single thing I forgot that they didn't provide.We needed to book another week in order to enjoy everything the house and game room offered, but know that this is definitely a one of a kind family retreat. Grab it if you can!If you are trying to decide on the area to visit, this is our favorite in Colorado. Alma and Fairplay are wonderful small towns to explore with dramatic mountains. Breckenridge and even Buena Vista are easy drives if you want larger towns or to go white water rafting. There is a great mountain hike just down the road from the house and of course a ton of others like Hoosier Pass. There is fabulous fishing, the Montgomery reservoir/waterfall and spectacular 4x4 drives to Kite Lake, Windy Ridge, Mosquito Pass, etc (get info in Fairplay) You can't go wrong in this area or with this beautiful property.

My family and I enjoyed this house so much! It was clean, well stocked, and the hosts even had a nice welcome basket for our arrival.The day we arrived there was tons of snow, but the driveway and walkways were perfect! I give this place five stars!
