With a variety of sleeping arrangements including two king beds, two bunk beds, and a twin bed with a twin trundle in the loft area, this townhouse comfortably accommodates large families and groups of friends. Enjoy modern amenities such as two 55” smart TV (Netflix/Disney+/etc.), double vanity master bath with a separate door for shower/toilet, tastefully updated guest bath, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen with beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertop, and a brand new wine fridge. Take in the forest views and soothing sounds of a nearby creek over a cup of morning coffee on the master bedroom balcony or while you grill up a delicious meal on the grill on the living room balcony.
Stay entertained with easy access to the large community outdoor pool (with shower rooms and dry sauna), basketball/tennis/bocce ball/pickleball courts, and gym/fitness room. The crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe at Kings Beach is just a 5 min drive away as well as cute cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants!
