This 2 Br condo is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It's in great shape with new LVP flooring. The Screen porch has a great view of the lake. You can even see and hear the ocean from the master bedroom window. This adorable condo features a king bed (with Purple Mattress) and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from our window was breathtaking.We especially appreciated the modern decor and cozy bedding, which made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing.
The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and entertainment options.
One of the highlights was the easy access to a variety of activities. Whether we were looking to relax on the beach, enjoy the local nightlife, everything was conveniently close by.
Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway in Myrtle Beach. We can't wait to return for another memorable vacation!
