Spend almost two hours to check-in room because it wasn’t ready but the staff made up for it with everything they promised for that wait.

The property and the staff was phenomenal, what I didn't like is the fact that when I booked I was told I'd get a certain amount in US dollars to spend at the resort but when I got there and asked about it they barely explained and told me it's coupons for different stuff but never explained how I would get them or what I needed to do to get them. This was misleading and I was under the impression that I could use the funds on whatever I wanted to.
