Staff was great. Buffet better than the restaurants

We were pleased with our room, however the cleaning staff and those that restock the refrigerator are not one and the same. We had to call for water and beer on three seperate occasions. Other than that, we have no complaints with the staff. 98% of them were friendly and accommodating.
The food was as expected, nothing over the top but nothing truly unpleasant. Rose Hall breakfast buffet, Sophia (Italian), Kulinarium and Pepe's were our favorites.
Find Mr. Brissett at the pool bar across from Pepe's for the best drinks. About 75% of the servers pour way too heavy making the drinks unpleasant, and making you drunk before noon. You can get good pours at the Sports Bar (24 hrs) while watching a game or shooting pool.
The entertainment staff goes above and beyond on the daily. The musical entertainment was excellent while we were there.
This resort is huge from one end to the other (846 rooms) There are plenty of chairs at the pools and on the beach. We had a fun and relaxing time.

Staff is perfect. The food was good just the same thing every meal. Sometimes cold. I wanted to add a guest and was charged a lot more than I thought. The Montego bay resort guest are not allowed on the palace beach. Reminded me of Jim Crow it wasn't a good feeling when I was told I to leave the beach. Other than than everything else was good. Staff is excellent. Night life was good. Just wanted more reggae music vibes. But I enjoyed the music that was. I give this place a thumbs up.
