My friend had her bags stolen at another hostel and the staff were so understanding. Allowed us to stay for the night before moving back to the Mid North Coast. 10/10

Random stranger enter building. Fellow traveller snored all night. Check in with qr code outside did not work so couldnt even enter. remote reception through a tv once you sneak inside when door opens.

My first stay was okay but the bathroom was a bit messy / wet all the time my room mates and I take showers because no bathroom rugs were supplied.
My second stay was terrible / I did not get room despite making bookings and payments. The place somehow got overbooked and I had to look for another place. My refund also took a couple of days which made me even more frustrated.
