About this house rental
Our 4-bedroom, modern home is in a quiet and friendly gated community. North and east facing, it gets plenty of sun all day long. A fully fenced section with large patio spaces and tropical gardens complement the indoor-outdoor flow.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the extras, from double ovens, a coffee maker, a cake mixer, a food processor, an air fryer and more. You are getting all the luxuries of our family home!
The separate TV room ensures all guests can have their own space. Off-street parking is available on the driveway for 3-4 cars.
A 2-minute walk via beach access across the road leads you to a safe surf beach, or drive 5 minutes to the local surf club beaches in either direction.
Less than 200m from our front door you will find the local Fresh Choice supermarket, Pearl Kitchen Cafe, and The Good Home pub. Plenty more shops are within 5km in each direction of the house such as Fashion Island, Papamoa Plaza and Bayfair Shopping Centre.

Christine was the ultimate host, and her home was the perfect base for our relaxed, beach-focused summer break. Traveling with my partner, our two small children and my parents meant we needed ample space to spread out whilst still having big central spaces to come together. This home offered all of that and more. The grounds are lovely and big enough for the kids to run around whilst we were comfortably relaxing indoors or in the alfresco area, and the cherry on top was the beautiful spa pool, which was a perfect evening landing spot after a big day at the beach. We will absolutely be staying again if we get the chance. Thank you for hosting us, Christine. We loved every second!
