The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building and comprises a lounge area with an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, SENSEO coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, small dishwasher), table, sofa, armchairs, TV (French channels only), access to the 25m² terrace with garden furniture.
A corridor leads to the separate WC, the shower room with washbasin, towel rail and storage space, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one double bed 160x200, and 2 single beds 90x190). The master bedroom has access to the terrace.
Le Sunset Lodge, with its secure bike storage area, is due to be completed in 2023 and is just 300 metres from the beach, shops and restaurants of the seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage.
