In the center of the Val di Chiana and close to Umbria I found this small farm surrounded by a group of buildings on top of a dominant hill from which you can enjoy both the Tuscan and Umbrian landscape. In practice it is a small village protected by 3 rings of typical Tuscan cypresses and by a huge variety of vegetation, from pines to olive trees. The property includes wonderful fields and woods where occasionally you can meet fallow deer, roe deer, wild boars, foxes and even wolves say the locals.
"MI" is a detached cottage located on a hill in the heart of the Val di Chiana, on the border with Umbria. It is part of a small hamlet surrounded by cypress trees, olive trees, and woods, with open views of the Tuscan and Umbrian landscapes.
It features two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds—a spacious and bright living room with a dining area and sofa bed, a functional bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for a family.
