under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon
arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Very nice property, clean and chic, all the furniture and amenities you need. Very big and specious. In summer can be very hot but the villa has Airconditioning in every room. Owner very nice and helpful, we communicated via WhatsUp for everything. The closest supermarket is 10 min drive away so plan your shopping well.

Beautiful spacious house with large garden and stunning views. The host was very kind and gave us all info we needed, and everything we needed was there in the house! Electricity use was a bit of a surprise, but even with additional costs it is very much worth the price! Would definitely recommend and hope to visit afain some time in the future.

I really liked the villa. The rooms were ready, the beds were made. The owner welcomed us very kindly, showed us all the rooms and the pool. We were on vacation for 8 days and we really liked it, but there were a few details that spoiled our vacation a little or maybe not a little: The villa is suitable for a large number of people up to 10, but it is not very suitable for a longer stay, as I think longer than 3-4 days, because for a longer stay you want the first floor, which is the main one from the pool, and the kitchen (even the kitchen itself), sometimes it is necessary to clean it. at least wash the floor. But there were no tools for that, there was only a wild broom and a broom. Also, the Villa was rented with air conditioners, so they were in all bedrooms both on the first and second floor. But on the second floor, the air conditioners in all the bedrooms worked as they wanted, you couldn't adjust them or turn them on when you needed them. One night they just went full blast in all the rooms at 2:00 AM and stopped working after an hour. When asked to solve this situation, she simply sent instructions in Italian about the buttons on the air conditioner remote control. That's how we lived without air conditioners. But I think this problem was already known and we were not the first and I believe not the last. One more observation, be sure to ask for a photo of the electricity meter, or I'll show you a photo before you move in, b

Lovely view, peaceful. Plenty of room and clean in this gorgeous location. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our family dinners. Very peaceful and yet nearby lovely places to visit. We enjoyed tasting delicious Italian specialties in local restaurants there.

Everything was well organized. All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was amazing since we were couples in the villa. We enjoyed beers in the pool.Perfect holiday thank you!

From the moment we arrive all were forgotten. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The outside garden area was a PLUS, our kids used it as a home playground and also liked the pool area.

The property is spacious and very well maintained! We were 4 couples and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom! We can only recommend the house! However, the last trip was a little adventurous. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool and on the terrace. Most of the time we spent around the pool while enjoying the evening breeze.
