About this house rental
A country setting, a modern house with all comforts in a typical village of the Quercy Blanc in the middle of traditional stone houses. You can visit the must-see villages of the Lot with Rocamadour and Saint Cirq Lapopie, Cahors, the famous Montcuq and its lake, you will be 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse, 2 hours 30 minutes from Bordeaux and the Landes. Numerous pedestrian paths for nature lovers.
In the hamlet you will find a shop selling organic lavender products, a soap-making workshop.
The house comprises: a kitchen equipped with free wifi, air conditioning, roller shutters and wooden shutters and mosquito nets, 2 toilets, one of which is independent, an Italian shower, 2 washbasins, 2 separate bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, one of which can be divided, covered terrace, a wood stove for the cool seasons.
towels are not provided, sheets can be rented on request.
a private petanque court with the equipment provided, a solar shower, a heated swimming pool open from June to September shared with the owners in complete tranquility.
Stargazing without light pollution.
A carport with a charging station for your electric vehicle will be at your disposal. (market cost price)

This was our second time coming to this gite. It is very well thought out and comfortable. It ha everything you need. Clean and well presented on arrival. Catherine and Jose are lovely and friendly. There is a covered parking area. The air conditioning works well and was very welcome in the extreme heat we were there. This gite is great value in a pleasant area. Boulangerie, auberge and shop in Sauzet, supermarkets and shops in Montcuq and Lzech and good markets in Montcuq and Prayssac. We highly recommend

A wonderful gite in a super peaceful area. Very comfortable and well equipped. Nearby Sauzet has a great auberge and a useful little shop so no need to go far. Montcuq, especially Sunday market is worth a visit as is Luzech. Plenty of eateries available. Pool is great, shared with owner which is not an issue. We will be back if we can. Owners are lovely, thank you Catherine and Jose.
