    The counter's receptionist (indian woman) attitude is bad!

    Pros: 1) Location within Klang old town area, plenty of eateries nearby 2) Room just renovated, new & clean 3) Not too difficult to find carpark Cons: 1) There is a karaoke next door, but they stop making noise after 10pm 2) Bathroom window cannot close shut, exposed to outside noise & mosquitoes 3) This is the worst part. The day shift receptionist is ok. But the male reception manning the night shift brought his whole family with him, including his wife & young toddler. They made so much noise at the lobby throughout the whole night until 3am. We did not get to sleep well at all. Plenty of better options elsewhere, we won't be coming back here anymore.

    Everything is different with the photo I saw in agoda. Totally not the same room. The carpet super dirty. The bed make me itchy Water is yellowish
