Important Concerns Regarding Guest Privacy and Room Comfort I would like to raise two concerns from my recent stay. I hope the management will take these matters seriously, as they involve both guest privacy and basic room comfort. 1. MyKad Photocopy – Protection of Personal Information During check-in, the front desk staff requested a photocopy of my MyKad on a blank sheet of paper. The other side of the same sheet was then used to record the hotel room details. While I understand that the hotel may require a copy of a guest's MyKad for security, registration, or administrative purposes, I believe there should also be appropriate safeguards to prevent the photocopy from being misused for purposes other than those intended. I would strongly suggest that the hotel adopt a simple practice of placing two lines across the photocopy and clearly writing “FOR HOTEL USE ONLY” together with the check-in date. This would make it clear that the copy was provided for a specific purpose and could help reduce the risk of unauthorised use. Our MyKad contains highly sensitive personal information. If the hotel requires guests to provide a copy for security purposes, I believe the protection of that information should be given equal importance. I hope the management will consider implementing a clear and standardised procedure for handling MyKad photocopies so that guests can feel more confident that their personal information is being properly protected. 2. Air-Conditioning – Maintenance and Room Comfort My second concern is regarding the air-conditioning system. As the hotel does not have centralised air-conditioning and each room relies on an individual air-conditioning unit without a fan, it is particularly important that these units are properly maintained and serviced regularly. During my stay, it took more than an hour for the air-conditioner to provide even minimal cooling, despite being set to 16°C. The room remained uncomfortable for quite some time before there was any noticeable improvement. I would therefore suggest that the management review the condition and maintenance schedule of the air-conditioning units. Units that are old or no longer performing efficiently should either be properly serviced or replaced when necessary. These may appear to be relatively small matters, but they have a significant impact on a guest's overall experience. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively and consider these improvements for the benefit of future guests.

A very decent hotel for the price. There’s an additional RM5 charge per room, per night. No nearby convenience stores like 7-Eleven or Speedmart, but they do have a vending machine inside. There’s also a lift. The bed placement near the wall wasn’t very convenient, so you may want to request a centre-positioned bed. Overall, it’s decent for the price, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Near with event location. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, mineral provided. Old hotel but ok. Value for money

Budget hotel, great got lift . Valuable price but few thing need to improve. 1) Blanket should change new , got some dirt 2) Toilet sinking no repair, when me wash face . Flooded 3) Should put more light in room. 4) At night over 10pm. That road a bit dark . Morning many weird sound make me hard a bit to sleep. Maybe facing road side 5) Tv can't open. Air cond don't have controller, but quite cool
