The people at the front desk were friendly and the hostel provided great services to guests... They coordinate inexpensive optional dinners, have a happy hour and set up as well as group excursions. Creates a great social vibe. The mattresses were not very comfortable and the facility could add a few things to provide convenience to the en-suite bathroom. It's a coed room, but no place to put things when you go into the bathroom to change and shower. No hook for clothes or towel, no shelf for toiletries by the sink, etc. the floor gets soaked... the room costs extra because of the private bathroom, but the communal bathroom was more convenient.

Staff is very helpful especially Lucero. Helped me with extension to a room that is more quiet. Toilet for sharing is abit insufficient for users of dormitory without private toilet generally.
