We had a great time staying here and everything was as promised. The only confusion on my part was the need to pay the second installment by their process but since this is a high-rise tower it is needed for security as I understand it. The building had a great staffed desk and doormen.

The unit is in a condo hotel so you will have plenty of hotel guests using facilities as well. Our unit was comfortable and well appointed; well represented in the pictures. The view is spectacular, wrap around decks and lots of sliding doors made us really feel pampered. The living area is quite spacious. My husband never wanted to come out of the wonderful shower.
However there were several small details that lessened the experience. At check in I made sure they had my sister and her husband's names on the room since we would already be in bed when they arrived. When they tried to check in they said her name was not on the room. We reported to the owner the first day that the bathroom outlets didn't work. They were never fixed so we had no access there to dry our hair. We also asked for coffee pod refills and never received any so had no coffee. The cooking equipment is really basic, so don't plan to do much cooking. we enjoyed breakfast poolside. Though the menu is very limited the food was tasty. Hallway cleanliness was an issue as well (never vacuumed in five days).
Still, for all the little things, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly return if we had the chance.
