Welcome to The Lofts II, a luxurious loft-style condo building located in the heart of Downtown Miami. The Building offers the ultimate in comfort & style, with spacious floor plans, wide range of amenities, and breathtaking views.
The building is steps away from the city's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Guests will enjoy stunning city views from their private balconies, as well as access to a fitness center, pool, and sauna.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect for individuals, couples, and families who want plenty of space and privacy. Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and the open-concept layout of the living and dining areas make it easy to entertain and relax.
You'll be immersed in natural light streaming through the apartment's large windows. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two comfortable full-size beds.
The living area includes a sofa bed, allowing us to accommodate up to seven guests. The seventh guest will sleep on the sofa bed, and we provide an extra pillow, blanket, and towel for their comfort.

✔ Please be respectful of the neighbors. The apartment is in a condo building
✔ Respect the quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
✔ Check-in: 4 PM - Check-out: 11 AM
✔ No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
✔ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
✔ No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
✔ No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up station
✔ No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
✔ No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
✔ No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
✔ Please treat our home with care and report any issues immediately
