Obiekt położony w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko, przystanek autobusowy naprzeciw wejścia do obiektu, co ułatwia poruszanie się po Igalo. W pobliżu kawiarnie, piekarnie, restauracje, plaże. Włascicielką lokalu, przemiła kobieta, bardzo pomocna, komunikatywna, rozmawia po angielsku. Obiekt bardzo czysty, czego mogą pozazdrościć hotele 5*. Właścicielką od rana do wieczora pracuje na terenie obiektu. Ręczniki, pościel, wszystko wymieniane codziennie. Jeżeli będę się tam wybierał, nie pojadę nigdzie więcej niż tutaj.
