Great location , by the sea and promenade

The bad was creaking all the time and was impossible to sleep for 3 days. We asked for changing the room but they were full. I read about this problem in the booking revues and though the owner solved it , but they didn't. No cleaning staff during the whole stay for 3 days

Picturesque surroundings, close to shops and beaches. Good value for money. Clean room and very comfortable bed.

Top floor studio had only small fridge freezer and electric kettle, no kitchen sink or cooking hob as described in listing. Rather low celling over the bed, beware when you get up. On my check out day there was no one at hotel reception to leave a room key so I had to ask driver to drop it off later on.

Really great experience! Our non-refundable reservation was moved from August 2020 to August 2021, so our vacation was saved. We had late arrival, still we we waited and we got a really warm welcome. Room is clean, bed is huge and comfortable, very nice balcony. It was a peak season and I tried to find a car for rent. Everything was booked, but owner managed to find a new-brand car for reasonable price. Thank you for very comfortable stay!

You have to reserve the place on the beach by yourself. When someone else uses water in the building, the water flow in the bathroom can become weaker than usual.

Absolutely fantastic. We were totally satisfied, cool place with cool location. Very kind and helpful staff. We stayed at the beachside apartment and you have sea just under your balcony, 20 meters right from your bed. Place itself is calm and comfy, I can highly recommend staying in Grifone Lux. In small addition, the Grifone restaurant is nearby, where we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners. Fresh seafood and super pizza guaranteed:)

Nice apartment

The apartment is few steps from the beach. The room was spacious, cleaned daily. We enjoyed the big terrace. Safe underground parking was big plus. The owners were really kind and helpful. They have also a restaurant on the beach, we tried pizza, it was good. Herceg Novi old town is beautiful, you can get there by walk through the beach promenade.

The bathroom was tiny and there were no ventilation, so there was a bad smell. The room could be a little bit smaller and the bathroom bigger. No supermarket in the nearby.

Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Bra rom med fantastisk beliggenhet ved sjøen. Kort avstand til restauranter.

Renholdet kunne ha vært bedre. Uteområdet trenger virkelig vedlikehold. Ødelagt brygge og takrenne/rør som var rustet i stykker (førte til drypp av vann med rust på verandaen vår). Ødelagt solseng og diverse annet søppel som var på plattingen ved sjøen lå der da vi kom og lå der fortsatt da vi dro etter 10 dager.

Najbardziej podobał mi się wysoki standard hotelu. Wszystko jest ładne, nowe i czyste. Pani recepcjonistka, przewidując, że się spóźnimy, nagrała filmik instruktażowy jak się dostać do apartamentu i wysłała go nam na Whatsapp🙌🏻

Właściwie to wszystko było w porządku, bo hotel przerósł nasze oczekiwania, ale, jeśli miałbym naprawdę się czegoś przyczepić, to brakowało mi krzesła przy biurku. Rozumiem, że można skorzystać siedząc na krawędzi łóżka, a rozmiary i układ pokoju tylko na tyle pozwalają, ale mimo wszystko brakowało mi tego drobiazgu podczas używania laptopa.

Trevligt hotell, med fräscha rum med bästa läget - dock lyhört och bristande AC.

Mycket centralt med fräscha, välstädade rum. 1 minuts promenad till strandpromenaden. Vid strandpromenaden har hotellet en egen restaurang samt badstrand, med möjlighet till att hyra solbäddar och parasoll. All personal är fantastiskt trevlig och duktig, med hög servicegrad.

Det finns flera byggnader inom hotellet. Den vi bodde i, det vill säga den som sitter ihop med receptionen, var oerhört lyhörd. Allt som skedde i trappuppgången hördes direkt in i lägenheten, vilket gjorde att det vissa nätter var svårt att sova, i synnerhet när föräldrar lät småbarn leka utanför hotellrummen till relativt sent. Eftersom att receptionen inte var bemannad efter klockan 16:00, så märkte personalen inte detta. Ytterligare så fungerade klimatanläggningen inte tillfredsställande. Hotellägaren nämnde att systemet inte mäktade med att hålla rätt temperatur när inte samtliga klimatanläggningar var igång i fastigheten, då hotellet inte var fullbelagt. Om ägarna var medvetna om problemet så skulle de ha slagit på ac i samtliga rum så att de befintliga, betalande gästerna fått sova gott på nätterna, i svala rum. Vi har tidigare bott i den intilliggande fastigheten, där vi inte upplevt ovan, tvärtom har vi fått en god sömn, i icke lyhörda, svala rum. Det har varit fantastiskt att bo där. Jag kan därför varmt rekommendera boende i den hotelldelen.

Apartman je novije izgradnje, prostran za porodicu. Ima veliku terasu koja pokriva obe sobe . Pozicija je dobra, pored setalista , restorana i plaze. Hvala gosp. Nikoli koji nas je sacekao i smestio u aprtman .

Nedostaje kupatilski namestaj i TV u drugoj sobi.

Odlican odnos cena kvalitet...

Prva bukirana lokacija je bila izvanredna. Nazalost nismo imali tople vode i bili smo prinudjeni da promenimo apartman. Druga lokacija i apartman su bili izvanredni,dupleks,sjajno,cisto...perfektno,nazalost pogled u nista(brdo)....Dodatno se placa garazno mesto(10eura dan).

Mislim da su vlasnici apartmana,trebali da ponude pomoc prilikom relokacije(raspakovali smo se i prvu noc proveli u apartmanu bez vode)...Prilikom resavanja problema sve vreme smo komunicirali sa sjajnim,vaspitanim tinejdzerom po imenu Maksim...Nije nas kontaktirao niko od vlasnika apartmana,ali ponavljam rezervni smestaj niej imao taj pogled,ali je sam apartman bio "par excelance"...
