It's a two bedroom apartment with a balcony, lounge dining area and kitchen, fully furnished.
I love being able to go to the grocery store and cook a proper meal and eat what I want to eat instead of eating hotel food or having to go out to a restaurant.

I came to Santiago on a school trip and this was one of the recommended hotels. Though the beds weren't your typical king-size, plush beds, they were still very comfortable. Plus, your "room" is a small apartment - you get your own mini kitchen, living room and balcony! I got to settle in and feel like I was home for the week I spent in Chile, and I loved it. Highly recommend, and I'll be back!

The neighborhood is amazing and safe. A lot of life, nice restaurants, malls, stores and bars in walking distance. the Helvecia staff was really nice and helpfull. WiFi works fine. Room temperature was great (winter season). Bed is comfortable.
