This charming property in Barrio Nuevo, Conil de la Frontera, comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
Outside, you'll find an above-ground pool measuring 6m x 3m with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There are two porches available, both with dining areas where you can gather for meals. Additionally, there's a fantastic barbecue for preparing your favorite dishes while the little ones enjoy playing in the spacious garden. The property is fenced, ensuring complete privacy even though there are nearby neighbors.
This property is distributed entirely on one floor, and inside there is a nice dining room equipped with a fireplace and TV where you will be able to relax thanks to its comfortable sofa. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you can use any of the three bedrooms available. One of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the room. You can use the fan, radiator, washing machine, iron, and ironing board and if you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.
Barrio Nuevo is a charming neighbourhood in Conil de la Frontera. If you are planning a visit to this area, we recommend a stroll through the streets of the town, such as Carril de la Fuente street, one of the most emblematic where you can admire the typical white houses of the area, as well as its Andalusian courtyards decorated with flowers and plants. If you are interested in gastronomy, you can visit the Mercado de Abastos de Conil, where you will find local products and typical dishes of the region. If you like the beach, you can visit Los Bateles Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Conil, which has crystal clear waters and golden sands, and is ideal to enjoy a day of sun and sea.
