The welcome‑served dark tea was absolutely delicious! I regret not asking the hotel staff for another cup. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. It’s within easy walking distance to Old Phuket Night Market, super convenient. The family‑run restaurant right at the hotel entrance serves amazing food. The location is convenient and safe, close to the main road. The hotel staff are fantastic. They remain warm and friendly no matter how many times I ask for their help. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay at Arco Phuket! The service was amazing, and the quality of everything from the room to the food was excellent. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, but honestly, the quality was far better than the huge, elaborate buffets we’ve had at many 5-star hotels. Every item felt thoughtfully prepared and genuinely good. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and cooperative throughout our stay. They even surprised us with a personalized bag tag as a little souvenir, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. If this isn’t value for money, I genuinely don’t know what is. Highly recommend Arco Phuket, go for it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and it was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had, especially as we were celebrating our honeymoon.
