The apartment itself is very nice and secured. The surroundings not that much (graffiti on the walls, some littering, etc) Although we were told by locals to be aware of petty crime, we felt very safe. It’s a 12 minutes walk to the metro station, which for us was fine. There are plenty of local restaurants, mini markets, and tapa bars to choose from. My biggest regret is that there is no A/C in the rooms, only the living room. When I questioned it, I was offered two fans that were brought the following day. Everything else including bed comfort, internet access, hot water, etc., was fine.
Overall we had a nice stay but it would have been better with a stronger A/C system as we mainly used the apartment to sleep, being out early and coming back late in the day.
