    My husband is currently on long term chemotherapy . We were unaware that the facility did not have elevators . We were required to climb 48 narrow step with luggage to our room on the 4th floor. The steps were steep and narrow from the back parking lot. Attempted refund immediately and although medical documentation was provided we were denied a refund . Parking was an additional fee of $30 per day. The room was beautiful and clean with a great view. If steps required had been disclosed at time of booking we would not have been taken by surprise.
