We were greatly received on time by the very nice owner (Mr Sokolowski) The orientation to get there was easy and no obstacles Villa is as presented in pictures and even nicer, zero bad surprise. Clean, comfortable, paradisiaque with very quiet environment although surrounded by other villas. I took my two daughters there partners and my two grandchildren to the property and it worked perfectly.The house itself is stunning in a wonderful location just outside of St Augulf no more than a 15 minutes walk,it had everything you need for a family with the pool and gardens.The owner Pawel met us at the property to run through everything and then at the end to have a quick once over and was a top man,very helpful and nothing was a problem.

We had a lovely stay here. The villa was very spacious and modern and the view were beautiful. The location was perfect, in between Cannes and St Tropez. Fejus itself, was very pleasant. There were a lot of facilities and it was a great price! There are a some improvements I would suggest, however, to make it a more comfortable stay! For example; the shower tray needed de clogging, some of the doors were made secure only by the shutters so had to close them down when we went out. Also, the master bedroom needs more comfortable pillows and one double quilt, as opposed to 2 singles. The outside was quite untidy with old twigs, leaves, debris and uncut grass. There were a few other things that needed maintenance, expected for this type of property. As I said, these are only tweaks but it would have upgraded this villa from ordinary to luxury 4/5 star and would match up to the images on the website. Overall, we had a great holiday, would recommend it and would return.

Superbe agencement avec 2 chambres au rez de chaussée, une suite parentale à l'étage, un immense salon/salle à manger avec la cuisine en suite. Très lumineux avec une belle terrasse, un beau petit jardin et une piscine très agréable mais non sécurisé. Pawel est un hôte très sympathique et très prévenant. Nous avons tous passés un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

Die Übergabe des Ferienhauses beim Check in und Check out durch Pawel lief perfekt ab. Pawel ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sehr sauber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder:)

Wir waren im April eine Woche als Familie in dem Haus. Das Haus ist auf den ersten Blick wie beschrieben. Bei näherer Betrachtung allerdings ziemlich dreckig und alt. Der Garten überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Die Matratzen aller Betten sind so schlecht, dass man Rückenschmerzen bekommt. Trotz vorab bestellter Bettwäsche zu wenig Bettwäsche da. Pfannen, Geschirr und Backofen dreckig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte auf seinen Wunsch nur per sms. Dann hat er diese angeblich nicht bekommen. Am Abreisetag wurde uns dann vorgeworfen, wir hätten das Haus unsauber verlassen und es gab Diskussionen über die Kaution. Also besser Finger von lassen!!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la villa de Pawel. La maison est très spacieuse, très bien équipé et Pawel est très gentil et disponible, petit bémol, concernant la piscine qui à mon sens n'est pas assez sécurisée pour des enfants. La plage n'est pas à 800 m mais plutôt à 2,5 Km et le centre ville avec tous les commerces est à environ 2km.

Es war für uns 5köpfige Familie mit einen behinderten Kind rollifahrer, ein Traum. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Es war sauber und die Ruhe und Aussicht war für uns ein Traum. Natürlich spielte das Wetter mit wir hatten am Anfang 28 und am Ende der Herbstferienwoche 25grad was natürlich das Urlaubsfeeling zu Tage brachte. Die Verbindung und Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war ehrlich respektvoll und kooperativ. Rundum ein gelungener Kurzurlaub für meine Frau und unsere 3 Kinder.

Die Bilder entsprechen dem tatsächlichen Bild, in Natura wirkt das Haus noch weitläufiger und ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Alles Wesentliche ist vorhanden und wenn etwas fehlt, wird es schnell und sehr aufmerksam beschafft oder erledigt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, was sehr unproblematisch war. Terrasse und Pool sind ein Traum mit der dort auch vorhandenen Ruhe. Man kann zudem die wesentlichen Orte der Umgebung alle gute erreichen, muss dann aber auch immer fahren. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Klimaanlage, die in den heißen tagen sehr angenehm war und perfekt und sehr leise funktionierte. Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit dort verbracht, haben einen sehr guten und unproblematischen Service durch den Hausverwalter erfahren und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos, Wäsche und Küchenausstattung, sowie Reinigungsmittel sind reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, in dem man auch gut mit Hunden spazieren gehen kann. Da es auf einem Hügel liegt, bieten sich zu allen Seiten immer wieder schöne Ausblicke auf das Meer, Wälder und Berge. Der Kontakt zum sehr freundlichen Verwalter klappte reibungslos, Ebenso die Schlüsselübergabe. Schön war auch dass die Verständigung auf Deutsch möglich war. Bis zum Meer oder zum Einkaufen ist es zu Fuß zu weit, zumal man den Großteil der Strecke neben der Hauptstraße laufen müsste. Mit dem Auto aber kein Problem. Der Ort St. Aygulf selbst ist nicht besonders schön, hat aber mehrere kleine Buchten am Meer, wo auch Hunde toleriert werden, und auch einen schönen, großen Sandstrand. Der liegt zwar direkt an der Straße, hat dafür aber viele Parkplätze. Am Strand selbst, hört und sieht man von der Straße fast nichts mehr. Er ist schön mit Palmen bepflanzt und sehr gepflegt. In den frühen Morgenstunden sind dort auch Hundespaziergänger unterwegs. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Das Haus ist groß und liegt ruhig. Gefehlt haben letztlich nur zusätzliche Sonnenschirme, da die Terassse morgens in der vollen Sonne lag. Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de juillet dans cette villa. Le propriétaire est sympathique, les lieux sont soignés et ressemblent aux photos du site. Le cadre est agréable et tranquille. Quant à la piscine, parfaite. Quelques remarques pour plus de précision: L'annonce indique (à mi-2018) 3 salles de bains mais il n'y en a que 2. Une avec baignoire (voir photos) et une avec douche. Pas de wc séparés. Les 3 chambres à coucher sont climatisées, mais pas l'immense salon-salle à manger-cuisine. Cette villa est idéale pour 6 personnes. Si vous êtes 8, il y a un canapé-lit au salon. Nous avions un ventilateur (personnel) qui a bien aidé et surtout un matelas pneumatique à 20 euros chez Decathlon (140x190, 16 cm d'épaisseur) qui a sauvé nos nuits sur ce canapé. Avec cela, et le parasol sur la terrasse que le propriétaire a promis de fournir, vos vacances seront tout simplement parfaites :-)

Wir hatten wunderbare 12 Tage in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Die Bilder lügen nicht! Das Haus ist sauber, hell und freundlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet und der Pool war mit 23 Grad auch schon zum Schwimmen im Einsatz. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit für Nachfragen ansprechbar. Die Schlüsselübergaben bei An- und Abreise klappten reibungslos. In der Beschreibung werden drei Badezimmer erwähnt, es sind aber nur zwei (1x zwei Waschbecken, WC, Dusche und 1x zwei Waschbecken, WC, Badewanne). Wird die Schiebewand bei der Badewanne geschickt aufgeschoben, dann hat man beim Baden sogar Blick auf´s Meer. Cool! Zum Einkaufen gibt es unweit (mit dem Auto) einen Supermarkt (Contact). Das Haus und die Region sind zu dieser Jahreszeit absolut empfehlenswert!
