About this house rental
LOCATION! LOCATION! Stunning newly remodeled home in Rogers located just seconds from the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, NWA Greenway Bike Trail, I49, Top Golf, Restaurants, Shopping, and Bentonville's world famous bike trails! Over 4000 sq ft of indoor heated/cooled living space.
The home itself both four beautiful bedrooms, two with king beds and two with queen beds with an additional bunkbed, sofa, bed, and fold out bed. There’s a game room upstairs with a pool table, full drum set, a bass guitar, and electric guitar. The upstairs additionally Has a lounging area with a foldout couch and a TV
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor, which makes it kind of nice !
The main level includes a big beautiful living room with new furniture, a fireplace, a full size kitchen, and a dining nook. To the side of the living room is a formal piano room with a baby grand piano and string instruments and chairs to relax in. On the other side of the downstairs Living room is the dining room which is fully surrounded by windows looking into the beautiful backyard.
Speaking of backyards, the backyard is what we enjoy most! A huge pool with slide, surrounded with furniture and night lights is accompanied along with an entire two level outdoor deck surrounding the entire backside of the house. The deck has a bathroom, new hot tub built into the deck, outdoor lounging furniture under a shaded Overhang, an outdoor barbecue grill, a full-size ping-pong, table, corn hole, and turf to relax on. In the far back, part of the property is a picnic table where you can have a nice quiet lunch.
Of course, a washer and dryer is ready for your use along with beautiful appliances and cookware.
The house really is a one stop location.

In town for a conference with co-workers. Perfect set up for us and location was perfect. Enjoyed the space and the pool. Owner was responsive. We would stay again.

We had an amazing time!! The pool and hot tub were exactly what we wanted and needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again for our sisters weekend!! Thank you for an amazing vacation. Barb and her sisters
