It is very close to 2 train stations and a short bus ride to Haneda airport. The room is very claen but very small. It is a nice hotel for short business trips. Hard boiled eggs served at breakfast were pretty good.

Breakfast was simple but nice.
Staffs' English skill is not so good but very kind.
The gate is closed 0:00 to 7:00 but it is possible to get in and out with some security check.
Location is very big advantage, close to JR and Keikyu Kamata station, even with convenient stores and night life pubs.
