From arriving to checking out all the staff were excellent with smiles and helping people with whatever was needed. Our room was cleaned every day. I think this hotel is fabulous for a multi age group because it certainly caters for all ages with multi pools which we took full advantage of the adult only pool. Free parking. On reading previous comments regards mosquitos we wore repellent bands and Avon so soft and was not bothered with them at all, we notice some people also brought citronella tea lights for the tables in the evening watching the great entertainment however the hotel does have repellent lanterns above you on the canopy.

The reception staff were very helpful and work really hard. The variety of food was excellent and the only negative aspect was that the music around the poolside was slightly loud for those with little ones. Useful free shuttle bus to the beach and entertainment each day. The staff work so hard between the restaurant, poolside and the bar in the evening. Respect.
