In all my travels, I have never had to go to a portal to get my check in information. The check in info needs to either be in the body of the email or made MUCH more clear that there is an additional step. Check in was painful for me BUT they responded quickly and even got us into the condo a bit early. After that, it was smooth sailing.

It’s not quiet (road noise, people’s music driving by, soccer pitch next door) given its location right downtown but it’s steps to great dining and farmers market Any location this close to ocean is going to quickly show effects of salt air and that is to be expected. If you’re looking for modern luxury, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for authentic local Kona, this is is it. 10/10 would love to stay here again.

The location is great. Yes, it can be a little loud sometimes but that happens when you're in a good and lively spot. I was skeptical to stay someplace without AC but the fans and screen door really cooled things down. They have coolers for beach picnics, beach towels and everything else you need. Some things could use an update (bathroom rugs) but overall we were super happy and comfortable in this condo. We will absolutely try to stay here again!

This is the second time in a row we stayed here. Awesome spot, centrally located to all the nice beaches and snorkeling spots. Can't wait for next year! We will definitely be staying here again. Even with no air conditioning, it was amazing!
