    I'm a big fan of view points, and the view from this hotel's pool area is glorious. The hotel was very nice in general, the only minor negatives were: * the gym has many broken machines (most stationary bikes didn't work for me) * the WiFi was terribly: after having stayed in Thai and Lao hotels for 4 months, and rarely having WiFi problems elsewhere, the WiFi has was bad: laptop refused to connect. Phone was disconnected often. Pool area had limited WiFi connection. * the pool is tiny, but hey, the views!

    I recently booked the rooms and encountered a significant pest issue. A small cockroach was found in the toilet, which I promptly reported to the front desk. The staff were courteous and assisted in relocating us to a new room. Unfortunately, upon entering the new accommodation, we discovered multiple cockroaches, including three live ones crawling along the cupboard. Despite being moved again after reporting, the presence of pests persisted. I returned to the front desk, and the same staff member personally accompanied us to a third room to inspect the conditions. Ultimately, we were assigned a better room, but the experience was dismal and unacceptable. Our previous visits to this hotel were satisfactory; however, this stay was extremely disappointing. I strongly urge the management to address the pest control issue immediately.
