    Good place, huge room, good for children, very clean, near Ueno, quite area, near konbini, supermarket, and MCD, near Bus station and Train station, modern unfinished design, love it ❤️❤️

    Entire room is clean, except under the bed and couch, the washing machine is really clean and good, the staffs are really helpful and nice, you can store your luggages before the check in time, and the luggages already inside our room when we entering our room at night.

    Pros: Spacious. Cons: please note additional cost for bringing baby (regardless their age, all babies are charged) with no written hotel policy on OTA (esp agoda) or even at front desk. insist of their hotel policy but never write it anywhere. how do the guest know then? 🙂 washing machine with separate dryer makes it difficult to dry many clothes at the same time. no toothbrush, no extra plastic for trash, no fresh towel for <12 days stay.
