marshview /seaside estate . The renovated portion of the property is quintessential New England. It features a cozy dining nook, sunporch sitting area, high-end kitchen with modern quartz counter-tops and oversized island. Construction of the addition was completed this July, and it is a stunner!
The property 3 brand new bathrooms, with the master offering spa-like amenities ie; Japanese Soaking Tub and custom shower; with double vanity and bidet. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor; bunk room offering easy flexibility with Full Bed on bottom and single on top. The front room "WAVES" is beautifully appointed with multiple windows which offers breathtaking sunrise light.
The downstairs bedroom has a private deck, huge TV for movie views and is a flexible space for working/sleeping space. It is equipped with a custom queen murphy bed for a couple.
The coup de grace of the entire property is the 3rd floor deck, which is an ideal space for sunbathing, entertaining and enjoying both and sunrise and the sunset. It is supported by a second floor kitchenette which will make entertaining easy and seamless. The area hosted with both small refrigerator and commercial dishwasher, has a bar sink and small desk area for reading or working.
We designed this space to function and also have the beauty of coastal living at its finest. Come enjoy with friends and family.
For your ease and enjoyment we will provide use of our Wenoah Kevlar Canoe, a kayak, 1 stand up paddle boards, 3 service bikes, 1 beach wagon, 4 beach chairs.

We had a wonderful stay in Pine Point. The house is lovely and with amazing touches. It was perfect for my family since we needed a first floor bedroom for my parents. The open kitchen and living space was perfect for meals and family game playing. The day and night was also enjoyable with the use of the rooftop deck. We were lucky to have clear nights and meteor showers while we were there. The location to the beach is only a short walk. The owners communicated as needed. We had a fantastic week!

We loved our time in this newly renovated, charming home just one block from beautiful Pine Point Beach! Leah is a wonderful host - she stayed in touch, gave us great recommendations, and made our stay truly memorable. My 3 young adult kids loved the roof top deck with spectacular views of the marsh and we all loved the comfortable, beachy vibe. We enjoyed using the bikes and beach gear too— Leah has really thought of everything to make your beach week enjoyable! And the neighborhood is perfect for walking with several great places to eat. All in all, a perfect summer week in Maine!

We loved this property! We traveled to Maine from South Florida for 4th of July week! We had 4 adults and 4 teens, and it was perfect.It has a gorgeous view of the marsh in the back, and it’s within walking distance of many restaurants. The beach is a block away and the house has a wagon, beach chairs, paddle boards, surf board and lots other extras! A few of our favorite features:Rooftop hangout AC units is all rooms Comfy beds Speakers in showers Rocks for painting Beautiful back yardOur host was super helpful and great at checking in and communicating. We had all we needed and more. This property is a 10/10 🦞
