About this house rental
Experience luxury living in this exquisite 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, nestled in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. Built in 2021, this stunning property seamlessly blends modern design with the charm of coastal living. Steps to the beach and pool, and only 1/2 mile from The Pier and everything downtown. Fabulous views, and space for the whole family!
-The beach is right across the street, and The Pier is an easy 1/2 mile walk.
-1st floor: 2 bedrooms, both containing a queen bed. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower, a living/dining room combo, and a small kitchen.
-2nd floor: Master bedroom with a king size bed, and a sleeper sofa in the bonus area. En suite full bathroom with tub. Middle bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the back bedroom has 2 twin beds. Another full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.
-3rd floor: Master kitchen, pantry, living room and half bath. There are 2 decks, one facing the ocean, the other facing the marsh. Amazing views from either one.
-Seasonal Blackstone Griddle.
-3 off-street parking spaces included.
-Bed linens, bath towels & kitchen towels are all provided.
-Pool is available at Echo Motel across the street. This is a seasonal, outdoor heated pool. The pool dates are mid May to Labor Day. Pool towels are not provided.

Great property, clean and well maintained. The stairs could be a bit of a challenge for the older members of our group (but we knew about them before we rented and overall managed just fine).
