    I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.     The hotel has a great location, as most of the places we wanted to visit were nearby and easily accessible. However, the noise from passing vehicles was quite disturbing, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor. We found a cockroach inside our room, and there was also an unpleasant smell. These issues significantly affected our overall experience. I hope the hotel management will take these concerns seriously and improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms to provide guests with a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

    The Good: I want to give credit where it’s due: the housekeeping staff and the OJT (On-the-Job Training) students in the restaurant were wonderful. They were the only friendly faces in the hotel, working hard and doing their absolute best to be helpful. The Bad: Hygiene & Safety: This was the biggest issue. There were cockroaches everywhere. Most distressingly, my son was bitten by a cockroach while sleeping, which caused his eye and cheek to swell up. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Dining Experience: The breakfast was a massive disappointment—definitely not worth the money. Honestly, you’re better off eating street food. Even ordering from the menu was a struggle because most items were not available. Front Desk & Service: While the trainees were nice, the regular front desk staff were not friendly. When I asked for help arranging a private driver, I was told to "handle it myself" in a very dismissive and rude manner. Verdict: Despite the efforts of the housekeeping and trainees, I cannot recommend this hotel. When a child ends up with a swollen face from pests and the management is unhelpful, it's clear there are deep service and maintenance issues.
