The place is very clean. It is a great apartment, with 2 rooms, perfect for a family of 4. Quite large space, with good AC. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It was a great place to stay in Kyoto, close to a few tourist attractions.

Love the location. It was in a quiet neighbourhood but still very close to transport and food options. It was such a great area to wake up and find a little coffee shop and wander the street early. The room was a good size for our family of four and had everything you needed, particularly the washing machine. The beds were also really comfy. We would come back and stay here again

This hotel is in a nice, quiet part of Kyoto close to Nijo castle. It is also close to a subway station and a number of good restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and off-hours access was no problem. The staff at reception were very helpful and helped us ship our luggage and find various services within the city. Would definitely stay here again.
