The property and location is good. The issue was: First Night/Morning - No towels Second Night: they took away the standing fan that was there the first night... for no reason without asking.

The place need a lot of remodeling. Old and in bad shape. See pictures. Thin windows that do not let you sleep while listening to everything the goes on the streets.

Perfect location, a walking distance from restaurantes and bars, the place is actually better than it looks in the photos. There is no hair dryer as it was described. Overall very good. And I would stay there again without a doubt.

Great location! So easy to get to it from anywhere (especially from Periferico). We only used this place to sleep since we were sightseeing the City and visiting old friends and family. Santiago is a great guy and very helpful. Fantastic experience!!!

Location was convenient for the purpose of my trip. The suites are in an undescript building with no identifying signs or reception.. I arrived at 9:30pm and the building and the sidewalk were completely dark. I thought it was at the wrong address but before leaving I rung a bell for the building guardian. The lobby light turned on when he arrived. From a closet next to the entrance he gave me a form to fill as well as a key ring. One of the keys, covered in dirty paper tape had the number of the suite written on it. It was a sign of things to come. The published room photo does depict the room, but it is not as nice as the photo suggests. It was very warm and there is no A/C.

My original reservation was canceled while i was in Mexico, the day of arrival. The new location was another kings suites location, but far from where I wanted to be. Turns out that this isn't a hotel, but a series of condos rented it by several companies. I recommend avoiding at all cost.

Very well located , shopping area an lots of restaurant at walking distance ! Also if You're looking for nightlife lots of pubs, bars nearby. Hotel very quiet, clean, spacious appartments.

This is no a hotel, is a room with a doorman. This person is in charge to register in and if you need something you have to come down an talk to him because there is no a phone to call him. The service is so poor. There was not soup to wash my hands. Next day, I left a dirty towel on the floor to be changed but found it hung like it was a clean one. Next day, I did not have a hand towel and of course the bathroom was poorly clean. Finally Sunday was not service at all. There is no amenities at all, for the internet, there was a unclear written information that was so difficult to understand. They charge like a hotel but it is not.

Good large accommodation in a safe neighborhood. Cabinets a little dated but overall good value. A little kitchenette with all the basic necessities makes it possible to eat in if you wish. English speakers can only be reached by phone as the porter in charge of the complex is a native Spanish speaker.
