delightful staff and the room was spacious and clean though the bathroom shower could do with a renovation. The breakfast was good. The only problem is that there is no 24 hour reception so you have to wait till after 9 in the morning or telephone for someone to come. We had to wait for an hour yesterday (they were stuck in traffic) . Luckily we weren’t in a hurry. Otherwise I would come back again as it’s very central.

Pros:Location, facilities and breakfast were good.
Cons: None really. You're not paying for a 4 or 5 star property, so just understand that the amenities will be limited but adequate.

The location is very good. Opposite the underground and there is a lift to the underground. It is also a 5min walk from the Alibus which stops at the port.
The room was spotless clean
