Ken and Trang were really helpful whenever we needed something. When we had to book a last minute transportation for the next day at 11 pm, Ken immediately assisted us. Mind you, he was eating dinner at that time. They got accessible rooftop, play room, and pool. Trang’s has good knowledge of what to do and where to go in Ha Long. Overall, it’s a good hostel for its price.

They are the best. It's easy to say, but very hard to achieve. The staff are all nice, smart, welcoming, and make everyone feel comfortable when they stay. They also make it easy for people to talk to eachother and have a good time. Would definitely recommend the foot bath after a long day of walking and exploring around. Sitting down after a good long day, around a fire, with a herbal footbath, talking to happy people, having a drink, and some thuoc lao... Aaah just the best, and I'll miss it forever, hope to come back
