Was disappointed to find out that when you book through another site other than Holiday Surf and Racquet Club you are not eligible for in-house rental program. Which eliminates linen service, dvd rental and beach service.
I was getting a rental car at airport and when I booked it stated there was on-site parking. When I called in advance to verify they stated there was no free parking. I was able to get parking for my stay.
Will say the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
