Top location.very central, brand new and very quiet confirm the description.

Great stay, No breakfast offered with this reservation, but had a modern capsule coffee machine, sugar, water, in each room. Pastries shops near by, so was great. The host, Ovidiu, was very nice, knowledgeable of his city and helpful, even helped us with getting the keys late in the day at check-in. Presented the 2 rooms we had, and even mentioned to us we will have 10% discount at the next door restaurant, Hochmeister delikat’essen. Food was great, well priced, and the service was spot on! We had two wonderful diners here. Rooms are very large, clean, and baths are modern. No cars road, street is closed, just a scarce pedestrian traffic during normal hours. We will return!

Deceiving photos, our room was nothing like this. The room was very very small (2steps around the bed). Zero noise cancelation in the house. If you're lucky and get a crying child anywhere in the house, you can forget sleeping. If you, by any chance want a private conversation, in your own room, you need to wisper. But if you enjoy listening to other peoples conversation, this is the place and the room for you. And let's not forget there is no reception and no one to contact if you need anything.
