Prachtig pand, alles aanwezig, eigen parkeerplek, geweldige speeltuin. Dichtbij winkels.
Het is erg gehorig, je hoort de voetstappen van boven. Sigarettengeur kwam binnen. Zonwering kan beter.

Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich geräumig und sehr gut möbliert. Sie ist gemütlich. Zur Wohnung gehört ein "lauschiger" Anteil des Gartens mit Tisch und Sonnenliegen. Gudensberg hat eine eigene Autobahnabfahrt und ist nur rund 25 km von Kassel entfernt. Man kann also schöne Ausflüge in das nordhessische Hügelland unternehmen.
