Excellent value for a studio flat with pool access. 5 mins from the Yumbo Centre but surprisingly quiet. Beach is also just down the hill. Very friendly welcome. All that’s missing is AC which may be an issue in hotter months.

I stayed at Don Gregorio Apartments during the first week of June as a solo traveller and had a fantastic experience. The location is spot on—just a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the Yumbo Centre, which was ideal for getting around without needing transport.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped for self-catering, which gave me the flexibility I like when travelling solo. It was also nice and quiet—perfect for a relaxed break.
The pool area was clean and peaceful, with plenty of sun beds available throughout the day. I also really appreciated how comfortable the bed was—something that makes a big difference when you're travelling alone and want to unwind properly.
The only thing I would have liked is some air conditioning, as it did get a bit warm at times, but with the windows open and a fan it was manageable.
Overall, a great stay in a great location. I’d definitely come back and recommend Don Gregorio to other solo travellers looking for a clean, friendly, and well-located base in Playa del Inglés.

Comfortable if basic apartment. Clean bright spacious with balcony overlooking pool. Good lighting. Large fridge. Good walk in shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure.
Free safe. 5 plug points. Secure card entry system to access apartment block.
Perfect for my solo visit.
