Ok, it's a budget friendly hotel for sure and the rooms are, unfortunately, smoking (which was my mistake), but the staff and fellow guests were all kind, polite, and helpful.

I was traveling for work and looking for a cost effective (cheap) hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked,nice TV with more channels then I needed, wi-fi worked great, and the front office staff were friendly and efficient on check in and check out. I could not ask for more.
When I booked the room based on the price I was concerned, but the next time I need to stay in Troy OH this is that place I will be and I recommend it to anyone that needs a room for a good nights rest.
