    ⭐ 1 Star Review Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I booked this hotel online for 16th–17th May, and after reaching the property, the receptionist forced me to pay ₹300–₹500 extra cash saying they “don’t accept Agoda bookings.” If you don’t accept online bookings, then why is your hotel listed there? I am also from the hotel business industry and own hospitality properties myself.I never wanted to write such a negative review, and honestly this is the first time I am doing this because the experience was extremely poor and misleading. I even shared my personal hotel business card with your staff and invited them to visit my property to understand how genuine hospitality and guest service actually work. You are claiming this as a 4-star property, but honestly there was not even a single 1-star level facility available. Problems faced: - No proper water in shower and taps - No water even during checkout time - Free breakfast mentioned online was not provided - TV was not available - AC cooling was not functioning properly not even remote was there - Dirty and unhygienic bedsheets - No dustbin in the room - Receptionist behavior was unprofessional. - Extra unnecessary charges taken from us Overall, this felt completely misleading and highly unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or honest stay.
