    DoubleTree by Hilton West Kelowna – 2 Night Stay First impression. WOW! This property feels brand new, fresh, and extremely clean inside and out. Even the parking lot is spotless and well lit. Check-in was quick and seamless Just ID, credit card, and your vehicles plate number. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Our king room was modern, well designed, and very comfortable. Everything felt new, with great finishes and a super comfortable bed. We had an excellent sleep. The large TV, comfy seating, and big windows with blackout blinds were a nice touch. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great, fresh ingredients, good portions, and friendly service. Breakfast (included) was à la carte, which I prefer over a buffet, much more relaxed. The heated pool area was clean with lots of seating. Bathroom amenities were fully stocked. The standout feature: communication. The hotel texts you throughout your stay to check in and assist with anything you need. That level of service really sets them apart. Overall, a fantastic stay. This will be my go to hotel in West Kelowna. Great location away from downtown traffic and close to wineries like Mission Hill Family Estate Winery and Quails’ Gate Winery.
