We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel relaxed right away. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible staff. We had a very bad experience with the airline we were flying with, so we arrived tired and not in the best mood. Carlos at the front desk completely turned our day around. He was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful day ended on a very positive note. We also want to mention Jose, who was working behind the bar. He was very friendly and helpful, and his great attitude added even more to our positive experience. Overall, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly special, and we would gladly return.

Clean room, nice staff, the breakfast was amazing and there was a sweet lady who was a server who went above and beyond for our family. I didn’t get her name but she definitely made our morning. The staff was able to accommodate us and placed a crib in our room quickly!

The check in staff were amazing. The guy was even welcoming back other customers who were staying there. He made you feel like an important guest.

First time staying at this hotel, and it was very good — the cleanliness, the facilities, and the service. I also like the location because it’s away from the noise, and it’s great that it doesn’t smell like cigarettes.
