    Miss Devon went over and beyond to ensure that my accommodation request happened. I explained to her that I was a combat veteran with PTSD and needed a ground floor room with easy access out and a view. She didn’t stop working until I had everything that I needed to make my stay pleasurable. I appreciated her more than she may have known that day. I will definitely be back again.

    Check in was 4pm which is already late but our room was handed over to us around 5:30. Check out was 10am. I asked if we can check out later with the late check in but they say no. "It is a full capacity hotel" I was told. Although the room was handed over late, it is still untidy with hairballs still in the carpet in the bedroom.
